No customer service. They are irritated that you call or come in, then its: no appointments drop your trailer off and we'll look at in a couple weeks

STEER CLEAR of this business.The fella running the place is a rude pompous jerk without any reason to be. Starts off nice, gives you reassurance that they do 50 point checks on so trailers that they get, and then the quality of service drops from there.Took my trailer in for bearings, brakes, and to check wiring/ repair wiring, and change lights to LED inside and out of my horse trailer. Went to pick it up, and $1900 later, the inside lights did not even work (had not even been tested). I brought it to the lighting guys attention, and he isolated the problem and told me the solution is for me to buy a new lead and replace it. So the completed repair is on me now even though they got paid to do it, and said they did.Their physical errors were as follows: interior lights didn’t work (due to faulty pigtail that is now my problem), deck light was replaced with a brake light, brake lights do not match cause they “don’t have any in stock”, and one interior light didn’t even get replaced.Add the above along with the managers attitude, and it is an awful business. He even came out to scold the employee trying to help me correct an issue i already paid them to correct (and was told was completed), as he needed him doing other things.Will NEVER do business with these folks again, and I hope the wiring guy finds a better place to work cause he is a good employee. Steer clear of this place!
